Little Town...by *Durnesque

Belle's town dress! I wanted to make this outfit because I'm hoping to begin doing work with the organization, Princesses with a Purpose, and wanted a Belle dress to visit hospitals in. The two Belle ballgowns I have seem much too bulky for that. Also, I just love Belle!

I made the outfit without a pattern, though I did use a shirt and a historical apron pattern for shape references.
